COVID-19 REGULATIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLERS TO UK

  • Passengers are required to wear masks mandatorily and follow social distancing norms.
  • International travellers arriving by plane, boat or train are required to take Covid-19 test up to 72 hours prior to their departure from their countries. Without the negative test results , travellers could be denied boarding.
  • Test result forms must be in English. Original test certificate should be provided.
  • Test result certificate should include travellers full name as mentioned on the passport, date of birth/age, negative result of the test, date of test sample collected by test provider, the name of test provider and their contact details, name of the test device.
  • Passengers will have to bare the immediate fine of 500¬£ failing to comply with new regulations on pre-departure testing.
  • Passengers are required to fill out and submit passenger locator form prior to departure.
  • UK Border force will conduct spot checks on arrival to the UK to ensure that the passengers are completely compliant to PCR tests
  • Passengers are required to self-isolate for 10 days from the date of arrival irrespective of the pre-departure test results
